REDLARA associated centers

Dear friends at REDLARA:
In order to encourage a deeper understanding on Bioethics, and promote a debate about diverse Bioethical Issues concerning Assisted Reproduction, we would like to invite you to take part in this FORUM, expressing your ideas, experiences and opinions.
This space, open to ideas exchange, is intended to enlarge our formation in Bioethics, which in turn will contribute to stimulate programs of Bioethics information and knowledge diffusion in our communities: this will help patients and legislators to take better informed decisions in the genuine pursuit of their own well-being, and the better for all.

SBioethics Symposium held in Buenos Aires, supported by RED
The opinions expressed in the document are resultant of an active discussion, without necessarily having an official position of RED.   reply pdf

Invitation Ethics on ART
REDLARA has been always conscious of that the rapid advances of the science and the technology in Assisted Reproduction, have brought with it a strong demand to give a universal response to the ethical problems that raise these advances. And also it is conscious that these problems must be examined bearing the respect in mind due to the dignity of the person, the universal respect and the observance of the human rights and the fundamental freedoms.
To continue the labor initiated in 1995, when 43 fertility centres of REDLARA met in Chile and elaborated the document CONSENSUS on ethics and legal aspects of asssited reproductive tecniques, REDLARA has a BIOETICA's FORUM in www.redlara.com and propose the creation of a Group of WORK in BIOETICA.

All the persons interested in collaborating are invited to read again the CONSENSUS, visit the FORUM in the web page, send his(her) commentaries, and to share his (her) worries and experiences with other members of the REDLARA. Likewise, for the creation of the group of BIOETICA's work of REDLARA please send your Curriculum Vitae to Dr. Sammy Bronfenmajer embriosca@cantv.net or to Dra. Maria Teresa Urbina murbina@unifertes.com before August 31, 2007.
